Asset details page
An asset’s detail page is the operations record for that piece of equipment. From here you can see its history, the parts that fit it, attached documents, meter readings, and its QR code.
The header card
The header card at the top of the page shows:
- Asset name, identifier, type
- Parent asset (with a link)
- Manufacturer, model, serial number
- Location / classification
- Status (Active / Inactive / Disabled)

Beneath the header are tabs for each aspect of the asset.
Maintenance tab
The full maintenance history for this asset, newest first. Every job record, every inspection, every meter reading.

Click any row to open the underlying record.
Spare parts tab
The parts you typically need to maintain this asset. Each entry links to the inventory item, shows the current worksite stock, and lets you raise an inventory request right from the asset.

Documents tab
Manuals, schematics, certificates, photos — anything that should live with the asset. Drag-and-drop or use the Add button.

Meters tab
Every meter attached to this asset, current readings, and the threshold thresholds for any meter-triggered maintenance. See Logging meter readings.
QR code panel
A side panel showing the asset’s QR code, with download/print options. See Generating and printing QR codes.
