My tasks (the portal)
The Portal is the home screen for technicians and crew. It shows the jobs assigned to you, sorted by when they’re due, with the most urgent at the top.
Opening the portal
Click My Tasks in the sidebar (or open /portal directly). The page greets you by name and shows your task queue.

The summary at the top reads “N tasks across M worksites” — that’s your total backlog across every site you have access to.
Task buckets
Tasks are grouped into time buckets:
- Overdue — past due date, needs attention now
- This Week — due in the next 7 days
- Next Week — due 8–14 days out
- Later — beyond two weeks
- Completed — recently finished jobs (for reference)
Filters and sorting
Use the view switcher at the top to change how tasks are displayed:
- List — flat list sorted by due date (default)
- Timeline — chronological strip across the page
- Priority — grouped by High / Medium / Low
- Status — grouped by Not Started / Started / Paused / Completed / Cancelled

You can also filter by:
- Worksite — limit to one specific worksite (default shows all)
- Priority — show only High, or hide Low
- Categories — show only jobs tagged with a specific category (e.g. “Engine room”)
Opening a task
Click any task card to open the full job. From there you can read the description, check off subtasks, attach photos, log time, and mark the job complete. See Working on a job.
Empty queue
If you have no tasks assigned, the page says “No tasks assigned to you yet”. Ask your supervisor to assign you work, or pull tasks from your worksite’s job board.
