Logging in

Tero.Ops uses passwordless login. You enter your email, we send you a short verification code, you type it in, and you’re in. There’s no password to remember and no password to leak.

Enter your email

Open Tero.Ops in your browser. You’ll see the login screen with a single email field.

Type the email your administrator invited you with and click Login. If your email isn’t recognised, ask your administrator to invite you.

Enter the verification code

Within a few seconds, Tero.Ops sends a verification code to your email. The screen changes to a code-entry view that says Code requested for your.email@company.com — check your inbox.

Type the code from the email into the field and click Log in. The code is one-time and short-lived (about 10 minutes), so finish login while it’s fresh.

If the code doesn’t arrive:

  • Check your spam folder
  • Click Resend code to request a new one
  • Click Edit email if you typed the wrong address

What if the code expired?

You’ll see “This code has expired. Please request a new one.” Click Resend code and check your inbox again. Each new code invalidates the previous one.

After login

You land on the dashboard for your default worksite. The sidebar shows the sections you have permission to see — typically Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Projects, and (for admins) Company admin.
