The main interface

After logging in, Tero.Ops has three persistent regions: the sidebar on the left, the top bar above the page, and the page content in the middle. This page walks through what each one is for.

The left sidebar

The sidebar groups pages by area. The top half is operational work; the bottom is administration and platform tools.

  • Operations — Dashboard, Assets, Meters, Job records
  • Maintenance — Jobs, Job records, Job templates
  • Procurement — Inventory, Requests, Orders
  • Projects — Project lists, Work requests
  • Company admin — Companies, Worksites, Users, Roles, Contacts, Announcements

Sections you don’t have permission for are hidden. You can collapse the sidebar by clicking the chevron at the top — handy on narrower screens.

The worksite switcher

If your account belongs to more than one worksite, switch contexts from the worksite switcher at the top of the sidebar. Everything you see — assets, jobs, inventory, projects — is scoped to the currently selected worksite.

Your default worksite is set in your profile preferences; you can change it from Settings → Workspace.

The top bar

The top bar shows the page title and a few global controls:

  • Search (⌘K / Ctrl+K) — jump to any asset, job, or item by name or QR code
  • Notifications bell — new comments, assignments, and approvals you should see
  • Profile menu — your name, theme switch, language switch, log out

A red dot on the bell means you have unread notifications. Click it for a panel of recent events.
